Adams Bagger ” EyeKandy” is shown for a quick moment in this new video “She Likes” by Forever the Sickest Kids. It was a fun experience for the shop to participate in a music video. Jonathan one of the band members rides a sport bike but did say he enjoyed using the tricked out Bagger in his arrival scene in the video. 1St Annual Bike Show May 8th….

Chill Bar and Rodriguez Painting are bringing you their 1st Annual Bike Show at Chill Bar May 8th 2010. Chill is located at 814 S. Main St. in Grapevine TX. The event is from Noon till 5pm and Bike show is noon till 2pm. There will be food and drink specials as well as entertainment. Traditions Cycle will only have our bikes on display and will be helping with the judging. There are also drawings and door prizes given though out the event. Hope to see you there!!

New White Wall Tire Sizes Coming…….

For everyone who has been asking….Vee Rubber (who brought you the Massive 360 rear tire and 26″ front tires) has now added white walls to there tire selections. Sizes will include 130/70/18, 150/60/18, 180/50/18, 120/70/21, and a 130/50/23. These tires have a heavy load rating and will support even the heaviest of Baggers on the road. These tires should be available sometime in August 2010. So for those of you stretching that 90/90 or 100/90/21’s on those 21 x 3.5 rims, the correct tires are on their way!!

Here are some pictures our friend Jennifer from San Antonio thought we would like. She shot these pictures while she and her husband were in India recently on work/vacation. It really blows my mind that riding motorcycles in this manor is legal in India. Look at each picture and think how many tickets you would get riding around like that. No helmets, riding sidesaddle….with babies in your lap!!!! But you have to love the two men carrying a bike while on a bike.

Traditions Cycle will be showing a few bikes at the Rick Fairless Bike Show this Saturday and Sunday. All the info is on the flyer. I believe it is $15 to enter the show and awards are at 3pm Sunday afternoon. Hope to see you there!!!

5th annual Bike Show. Jareds custom pro street bike “Sledgehammer” took

top honors in the Open Class. Adam’s Bagger “IKANDY” took 1st in the

Touring Class as well as Best Of Show!

What Coast?….West Coast Baby!!! Here is a 95 Harley Softail brought to us by Phil for a little makeover. We ditched the rear fender and removed the struts from the frame to start. A West Coast Chopper rear fender and some custom struts make this bike look like it is a ground pounding rigid. Tractor seat replaces the bulky stock seat while lowering and moving the rider back for that low slung look. The two piece tank had to go….and it did! A modified Villan tank now sits “Frisco Style” on top of the backbone. We then modified a RSD frame skirt to hide the electronics under the tank and relocate the ignition switch. For the guy who wants that old school look but with a modern smoother ride, this Traditions Cycle Ol’ School Rocker Conversion is the way to go! Just add paint (or any kinda finish you want) and this will be a clean head-turner at any bike night for sure!!
